By order of the Supreme Court of Bermuda
("the Court") dated March 20, 2008 Mike Morrison and Charles Thresh
of KPMG Advisory Limited
in Bermuda were appointed Joint Liquidators of Walton Insurance Limited.
The order further authorized the Committee of Inspection
to comprise of duly authorized representatives from the following creditors:
Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company;
Markel International Insurance Company Limited; and
and Excess Insurance Company Limited.
The Joint Liquidators are adjudicating creditor
claims and will be in contact with creditors in due course.
